How Do I Host an Omron Unified Collaboration Meeting

1. 1. Sign up for an account here
2. 2. Activate your account per the Zoom account activation email
3. 3. Download the Zoom Desktop Client ( Windows / Mac )
4. 4. Check Zoom client connection after you restart the browser
5. 5. Schedule the meeting in the Zoom desktop client or use your personal room ID
6. 6. Invite internal and external attendees via email
